1. Introduction

Welcome to Blessed Bridge Builders. By accessing our website and using our services (Plumbing, Electrical, Renovation), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services & Estimates

All estimates provided are based on a visual inspection and the information provided by the client. We strive for accuracy, but unforeseen circumstances may alter the final cost.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Additional work not listed in the original quote will incur extra charges.

3. Payments & Billing

We require a 50% deposit before work commences for projects exceeding a certain amount. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards. Late payments may be subject to a 5% interest fee per week.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

We provide a 6-month warranty on all labor. Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues arising from misuse of the installed systems.
